Who cares? It's yet another bad ass HZ score (I think the melodies/textures/arrangments are more HZ than JNH). Not unlike HZ's Thin Red Line and Last Samurai, I've paid little attention to the track names and just spun the CD in its entirety repeatedly.
Too bad no DVD-A. I hope Warner makes good on its announcement and makes this outstanding pic one of its first HD DVDs.
Does anyone else have problems with poping noises on the last track, "Lasiurus"? I downloaded the soundtrack from iTunes, and I keep getting pops throughout the track. It happened on my computer, my ipod and when played back through my stereo, so it's not an equipment problem. Adjusting the equalizer hasn't helped either.
Never noticed anything on that last track and I got my copy from iTunes.
I do like the soundtrack, I like the drums on some of the tracks, just gets you pumped up and such. Not as "iconic" of a soundtrack like Elfman's or like Williams Superman soundtrack, but it's great nonetheless.
