What a deal, the pricing is aggressive! Did I read that right? 60 days till we can buy this in the US?

Honestly. the price is decent, but too close to the price
of a decent laptop to consider one of these when I already
have a laptop with an aircard.

So I guess this isn't a phone, the industry watchers all guessed it would have a cellphone capability. I'm glad it doesn't. And it makes sense, don't want to eat into iPhone sales.

I'd hate to buy the iPad now and see that webcam chat capability added later!

Here's what I see for me. I'm getting (preorder) the 64 3G, and will get rid of my iPhone when my contract is up. I'll go back to Verizon for voice. If verizon gets the iphone in that time frame I'll sign up for the cheapest plan for that. I'll get both the carry case for general carry around and the keyboard dock for my work area away from home.

Edit: Scratch that. I'm going to get the 64GB without 3G and go get a MiFi from Verizon.
