is there any way to get a US based card without being there?

I keep ordering CDs weekly, to just rip onto my iPod, then let it sit on shelf.

I'd never buy stuff I could download from the Music Store (singles). I'd buy the full CD (scores) anyway.

I'd trade geography with you any day. It's nice to have the music store here but (I imagine) even nicer living in paradise.
