Anthem customer service

    One of the channels has gone out on my MCA-5 and I will have to bring it in to be serviced. I was just wondering has anyone had to deal with them and if the experience was a positive or negative one. Thanks in advance for your comments.

    I have dealt with them a couple of times.... they have been great.

    Customer service at Anthem is second to none. Have you tried to e-mail them yet? A company of their size and you ALWAYS get e-mail response within 24 hours. That's unheard of. I have also heard of them going out of their way for customers when they have problems, sometimes giving them an entirely new unit as a replacement while they research what went wrong in the unit that was returned to them. Fret not with Anthem.
