This is really a stupid question but does the 3801 have any feature that allows you to bypass the digital processing on analogue sources? I am asking this because I have an SACD and a DVD audio player but I am not interested in multichannel SACD as I prefer the two channel. Can I run the changer into the Denon using the two channel inputs and skip the 5.1? Can't quite figure out the manual and it has been a while since I have looked into this.

    Thanks

You can run the 2 channel SACD into the 2 channel cd input on the Denon receiver bypassing the 5.1 input altogether.
