Can anyone validate this release. I know Forbidden Planet was being released on HD format, but the Ultimate Collector's Edition too.....

Thank you, I got my order in for all three, but I went with the movie only Forbidden Planet. It was just too high a price to pay for a tin box, a robot and some neat lobby cards. But I may relent.

oh i just put this in my cart and went to checkout.
even with another hd dvd in there it only gives me the
10% discount on the other hd dvd, not FP

I've about given up ordering HD-DVD from Amazon. Constant issues and you're lucky if your order ships a week or two *after* release.
