Amazon HD 10% Discount Not Working (1 Viewer)

No matter what I put in my shopping cart at Amazon, it shows only a $0.20 discount. Is anybody else having this problem? Previously I was getting the 10% discount regularly. Are they going to end this at the end of 2007? Is it still working at all? Thanks for any insight.

I'm still getting it as of yesterday ("Lost" S3 BD), even though my year was up back in October.
