I know I was just teasing...all in good fun. I remember in the theater all the gunshots took on a larger than life feel and impact. I imagine at home with a good sub these will sound rather real on both formats. Glad to read that both video transfers are grade A.

FWIW, Amir over at AVS says that the TrueHD track may have had some processing done to it such as dialogue normalization.

Tim, thanks for posting the rest of the review on the soundtrack. Definitely changes the feel of the original posting.

I think the differences are probably more related to the Dolby decoder, or the way the reciever handles PCM.
