Psycho IV: The Beginning, was an interesting premise, that didn't work.
The best thing that I can say about it, is that it created jobs.
Made for television broadcast, this 1990 production, is best left buried, or alternatively in an institution somewhere. But that's just my opinion.
Unless, one is a Psycho fan, and then it becomes essential viewing.
The good news, is that Scream Factory's (care of Universal) Blu-ray is everything that one might desire in terms of quality. Nary a single problem in sight.
Includes commentaries and behind the scenes footage.
