Jinxed is an oddball film, if for no other reason that it was directed by Don Siegel, and seems to be the antithesis of at least my concept of a Siegel film.
Generally, at least for me, the film doesn't work. I'd love to know what the original intent of the filmmakers was. The film may be for fans of Bette Midler.
As a Blu-ray, it's a nice presentation. Olive has lucked out with the master they received from MGM.
A nicely resolved image, with good color, densities and shadow detail. It's all there.
My only gripe with Olive remains the repetition of their animated logo, which we don't need to see twice at the beginning of each presentation.
