3 TVs separate/same HDMI Input Ideas? (1 Viewer)

so I have 3 "Video Displays", A projector and two televisions all have an HDMI input. I have a cable box, DVD player, Apple TV, and Sonos connect as Inputs. I need a way to run different video streams from the receiver to the "Video Displays" without spending more than $1000. This is tricky.... If you need more info please ask.

Are you planning on using audio through the receiver as well? If not you can use a HDMI switch box to send different signals to one device

Audio for 2 of the devices one has a 5.1 speaker system running off the receiver.

There are several (under $1000) receivers that have two discrete HDMI outputs, Be sure to look for the term "Discrete HDMI out when searching
