2nd tv hookup with wifi (1 Viewer)

Disregard previous info. Hook up is as follows. Incoming Cable to PC, ethernet from PC to Router (which is wifi) but, used ethernet cable to cable box, then from cable box ethernet to a/v receiver, then connections from receiver, one hdmi to tv (sound played through sound system, not tv), one ethernet cable f/receiver to BD player. The question remains, if I use a WD media wireless and use an hdmi from the WD media to another tv in another room, would I get the signal for picture and sound? And, if I used the same WD would I expect internet radio, but do I need the tv to get the stations? thanks
