Hello everyone. I recently purchased a toshiba 24" faltscreen tv (24af42). I'm having problems with the flag waving effect on the right vertical part of the screen depending on the type of picture being display on the tv. Picture in the top corners curves inwards. Most satallite picutre is fine except when digital or computerized image is diplayed. Most evident in video games. Dvd movies look great though. I'm thinking it is a indaquate power supply issue with this tv. It happed on the replacement one and store demo too. Disign flaw? My question was can I dissable Velocity Scan Modulation in the servicing mode? Also, what other setting woulds help with less load on the power supply. I've already reduuce the contrast to 1/3 of max. Original was MAX. I know there's alway going to be some distortion but was hopping to keep it to a min. Thanks

PS: I'm going to get calbration dvd too.
