Mike,I sure would feel more confident if we had a third pitcher. Dempster, Miller, Aceves, Lackey, Doubront? None of them instill any lasting confidence in me. I'll be interested to see what the Hose do about acquiring players in trades down the road a bit.

Honestly, it is a GREAT place to see a game. Really a throwback to another era. I am thrilled that they have kept most of the place intact.

MLB looks to expand replay (MAYBE everything other than balls/strikes) by 2014.

I knew it wouldn't take long.

But their PR guys must really be on their game...announcing this just a week after that botched home run call in Cleveland that the umpires completely blew even though they used replay.

Replay is so much worse than Interleague Play. And Interleague is bad enough.

Replay is 1000 times worse than the DH.

Replay will suck all the fun out of baseball. Why bother to even have umpires if all calls will be subject to review?

2 1/2 hour games will become 3 1/2 hour games. 4 hour games will become 5 hour games.
