Here's an email from Den's DVDs, another Amazon seller. It is also less than convincing. Might even be from the same guy as first response -- which was from Great4DVDs -- as both appear to be written by "Jose" or "Jo".

This is a Region "A" Blu-Ray (Regions A-B-C) of Hour of the Gun (1967) released in Spain in 2015. It is probably the same Blu-Ray transfer as the Australian Blu-Ray mentioned by other Forum posters. There is an English audio track (2-Channel Stereo) option so no problems with language. Also...
