Some reviewers have bashed the transfer, but I think it looks decent. It is NOT the disaster some have claimed. Very happy to add this to my slowly growing collection of the sci-fi classics in HD. Keep 'em coming!

The set was a proverbial no-brainer for me. My favorites are presented well. Yea, Family Plot looks weird, but it's not one of the "golden age classics". It's still an enjoyable watch; more like an episode from Alfred Hitchcock Presents...
I pick and choose my Bonds. Can't stand the Roger Moore stuff (although I liked him in The Saint). I've got the original Connery steels. Just picked up a few of the BB steels to round out my collection, including this one. I love the title song too (I bought the 45rpm single back in the day)...
I was pleasantly surprised by the PQ on this presentation, although the black levels seem to vary a bit (the opening credits where Steed dons his bowler seem lacking in proper contrast). The pitch difference is negligible. My only gripe is the packaging. The old A&E DVDs have a more impressive...
