The latest release is all single sided. Amazon Prime has the HD version of the episodes which makes going back to the DVDs painful for me. Maybe we'll get blu rays for the 40th anniversary next year.

Oh yeah, I forgot about their probation. There was a two part episode in season 6, Undercover Dukes, where Bo and Luke go undercover posing as Nascar drivers. They can't reveal they are undercover, so they have to make Jesse and Daisy think they are really joining Nascar again.

Bo and Luke are not seen in the first episode. We see the General driving off and are told that Bo and Luke are leaving and the family are taking them to the airport. Bo and Luke's doubles are in the car, not John and Tom.

They come back for the last 4 episodes of the season. They took over doing the voice work on the animated series as well. Coy and Vance voiced season 1 and Bo and Luke voiced season 2.

These are not the remastered versions. I still have the previous DVDs and they are the same transfers. I checked the first discs of each season and they all only have 4 episodes. Do you have the 2017 set? I don't know of any release where the first disc had 5 episodes on it.

Probably just wishful thinking, but maybe these will use the new HD masters. Mill Creek used the HD masters for Knight Rider on dvd (5-6 episodes on each single sided disc) before putting out the blu rays.
