    nothing new? really want a colbert second box set with arise my love and skylark; Men With Wings, Holden films, Road movies, Leisen box set, funny how Paramount films are like orphaned children...sad there isn't one sole distributor for pre-1948 catalog...don't have much patience....

    What I don't understand is why Simply Media has license to release these Paramount films in the U.S. and they don't have release here. Example: recent release of The Uninvited back in October 2012. :(

    Would Warner Archive or even Criterion be able to help Universal distribute the languishing Paramount catalog? Or are there rights involved there too? Agree with putting out unseen Paramount films...even if MOD. Arise My Love was Academy Award winning story and should be on Region 1 DVD. Sad...

    how could we urge Universal to put out respective box sets for Milland and Holden. A large amount of Paramount pics need release. Or a Mitch Leisen boxset. Really want to see Men With Wings. Arise My Love and Skylark would make a great second Colbert volume.
