Theater Quality as much as possible. all my damn movies audio sounds low and the voice is not loud enough. so the mic really isnt doing that well. its night time now so i am going to do the aud now no sound no nothing. its either that or...i am going to remove alot of crap from my room. ALOT...

I have the Onkyo 9400 and um the subwoofer is GREAT! i have it on THX standard in the nob on the back and everything is booming you can go alot higher. the subwoofer is fine. but you might want to invest in some speakers even so they are ok but i would get better speakers the subwoofer is fine...

Ok so i have a westinghouse HDTV for now. and a onkyo 9400 htib, i was doing the THX calibration from terminator 2 skynet edition the blu ray one through my PS3. now i was watching some scenes in some movies and the dark scenes looked idk like...faded and greenish. it looked FAKE. i dont know...

so i had this beast for awhile thanks to a recommendation on this site. he/she has helped me threw alot setting this up. so i think its a great system but when you put it to THX the sound is low and everything mostly comes through the Center speaker...anyways. i would like to start learning to...

finally got it sounding the way i want it to now im just missing the BOOM effect from the speakers and the Subwoofer. so far so good. also i had to turn the PS3 to bitstream now the system shows its doing HD DTS and all that other stuff before it was just showing multichannel and it did not...

i will try and lower them but i have nowhere to put them on evenly but ill see what i can think of. and thanks for the sound meter i will do that.

Ok will do. and yeah thx sounds mostly come from the center. ill see what happens and ill try dts neo 6 for movies see how it sounds. thanks alot gonna start messing with everything.

Also try pushing Audio on your remote and go to Audio setup and down to Dynamic Volume and choose Light,Medium or Heavy. that also should help but im learning this stuff. first do what Gene C say's he's good he helped me out ALOT. and still is.

alot of this stuff it has but the subwoofer only has 1 nob on the back has a thx line and then to put it all the way up if you want ill take pictures of whatever you need me to and you can help me out like that. let me know ill be back in half hour to 2 hours going to handle something.
