    Digital Coaxial audio out?

My receiver does NOT have any HDMI inputs, and my cable box, and Blu-ray are high def with HDMI. It just seemed like a good way to keep high-def AND surround sound, with-out having to switch both TV and receiver whenever changing components. Thanks, Greg

    Digital Coaxial audio out?

Is there a disadvantage to using the orange digital coaxial audio out from my tv, to get my only feed to my receiver? It allows me to use the TV to switch between my HDMI components. Thanks, Greg

Newb question, car crashes great/dialogue, not so much..

I've rescued (from my attic) my "vintage" Kenwood htib model VR-615. It's an old 5.1 system which makes action scenes VERY dynamic, but I find myself straining to understand the dialogue. I couldn't find the remote, but I've played around with the settings but no real inprovement. What...
