I couldn't find the thread concerning the Batman replacement disc program, but I have filled out the Warner customer service form twice and have received no reply concerning the Batman replacement Blu-ray program. What do I do? Any Warner Home video reps on this forum?

So is there a way for me and the rest of us who have a 2011 set to get a replacement set? I paid for the original set, can't we have a set replacement like we did with the season 2 volume sets? I'd like to send my current set to CBS for a new set.
If CBS/P wants to make amends, since I own one of the "escaped" 2011 sets, I wish CBS would replace my set for free, or I could at least exchange my set through Wal-Mart where I got it from.

I got my set from Wal-Mart yesterday. I watched Ballad For a Ghost first thing 100% right. If there are episodes with missing music, I prefer the silence to that Mark Heyes garbage, that music sucks.

I'm starting to have my doubts I'll see my replacement set anytime soon, it still hasn't shown up at my door yet. Of course it still is the holliday season.
I did get an e-mail from M. Johnson saying my new set should be at my house soon, she couldn't give me an estimated time though. I'm not worried though. As far as the backorder on Amazon that probably means new sets are on the way for order.
Quick update on Twilight Zone season 1 Blu-ray: M. Johnson says Image is currently awaiting the new batch of season 1s. I'm assuming the new batch is finished and is on its way to Image for shipping. Thoughts?

I'm not having any problems with season 2. I think season 2 is fine. I'm sure people jumped on Amazon to claim season 2 was a bust before it even came out. I said it before and I'll say it again, season 1 needs to be fixed! I'll keep saying it here until it happens!

Well, guess what? My Twilight Zone season 2 plays PERFECTLY!! My standalone player plays them without a hitch! That proves to me the first season's replication went VERY VERY wrong somewhere. I hope that my fellow HTF forum users will still fight with me until season 1 is replaced properly...
So now what do we do? Ms. Johnson also asked for my home address. Do we just wait this thing out? Do we send our defective sets back to Image or wait for Image to come through? I think we all need to e-mail Ms. Johnson on this.
