One thought, there are some more 'networking' oriented solutions that you can look at to connect a wired device (the Denon) to your wireless netowork. I think some of the major network vendors (Linksys, D-Link, Netgear) make a wireless bridge, which looks like an access point, with an antenna...
What about refurbished then? I'm looking for some 2nd / 3rd / kids room displays, and Westinghouse keeps popping up, particularly from some internet retailers. bashton
Not sure that CC carries that Yamaha. I would look to Magnolia AV as a chain. There are other specialty / high-end stores, Digital City in Santa Clara is one, but that's a hike. Brett
I'll need it all -- that's the fun for me in this forum. Here's where my mind's at right now: Receiver: Denon AVR-3808CI / Pioneer VSX-94TXH / Yamaha RX-V3800BL Display: Pioneer Elite (if I can afford it) / Panasonic In-wall speakers (heresy, I know, but the wiring's there now) HD...

Hopefully this is not too late, but I do believe the Pioneer has ethernet, as well as iPod connectivity 'included' Still catching up on the threads, but there defintely doesn't seem to be as much love for Pioneer as for Denon.
I know I'm a little late, but needed to wait for my validation to come through so I could jump in on this thread. This is great -- really the same three options I had come to (also that the Denon 3808ci was more comparable cost-wise to the Yamaha and Pioneer Elite). In scanning the...
