Forgive me if this has been addressed before, but I seem to remember way back when one of the early chan boxsets, the Charlie Chanthology, was released it wasn't that good of a release. Poor picture or cut versions or something along those lines. Is this true? And are the Collections 1-3 better...

Oh man I second the Crime does not pay series. I'd also love to see all the one and two reelers that occasionally show up on TCM or FMC between movie showtimes. It's nice that we were getting stuff like that on the Fox Classics line, but a box set would be nice. Similar to the Treasures box sets...

I've noticed some of these mentioned in other threads. But here is a list of the many different series I'd like to see in complete uncut restored box sets. Some nice extras would even be the old radio serials. What are some others? And anyone know of any release announcements? Blondie Three...

Oops. You are correct. I checked the UltimateDisney website before posting (and they obviously are in error), and haven't yet received my Pluto V2 or MSilly Symphonies from the DeepDiscountDVD sale yet to verify (should have checked Amazon's details first). Thanks for pointing it out!

I also would like to see the old Disneyland show as well. Aside from some of the stuff that has been released already, there are all the Adventureland, Fantasyland, Frontierland eps. The Tomorrowland set was nice, but let's complete it all. Of course we don't need the eps. that were actually...

That brings up an interesting point. Are most of the Disney DVD's lacking gems from the LD versions? I'm gonna have to check out this 1772. I've never even heard of it. It's a good film I'm gathering?

So are the subs on the other films (GvM, GrA, etc.) the same awful yellow font that were on the Gojira DVD?
