I have the sony xbr2 60" and compared it to the a2000 & xbr1 srxds' the a2000 is nowhere near as bright (I have large picture windows) the upscaling is much better on the xbr2 ...especially with sd and analog sources anyway, unless the sales people at the store I compared the models...
