No over powering or under powering the sub slightly wont do anything just watch the gains. Using an amp that is rated at 2ohms only means that it will give you less power at 4ohms. It will not hurt the sub in any way.
There are so many better brands out there... I would look at Rainbow the sound lines can be had cheep and they sound amazing. Again what do you have as a budget? I wouldnt use a component set in the rear some cheep coax's will due just fine.
I really dont understand what you are saying. Im not trying to go all out here and build a world class set of speakers I just want something that is going to sound good and that I built myself just so that I can learn a few things about home theater. Maybe you could recomend some relatively...
