Here you go, Gary . . . . . Sitcom - Car 54, Where Are You? Western - (tie) Stoney Burke and Wide Country - really want to see those "modern" (circa 1960s) Westerns Anthology - Thriller (Karloff); hopefully this will be released Medical Drama - Ben Casey Drama - 12 O'Clock High (Cannot...
The site has nearly 500 titles on sale including both vintage and moden series. There are some real bargains there like seasons 1 and 2 of "Hawaii Five-0" for just $17.97 each and both volumes of season 1 of "The Untouchables" for $29.97. Some recent releases like "The Fugitive" season 3...
Then Came Bronson. Technically, this is a one season series from 1969, but 11 of its 26 episodes spilled over into 1970. The pilot movie has been issued by the Warner Archive and is currently selling well there (#7 out of 400+ releases). Not sure about rights issues for the series, but if...
I think there's a relatively good chance that we may some sort of TV releases from them in 2010, though in what shape or form is anybody's guess. They have been quietly adding a number of TV movies to their release list, including two pilots that actually resulted in short run series . . . ...
A single episode of Sea Hunt titled "Mark of the Octopus" has surfaced (no pun intended) on several "Lost TV Shows" collections including one from Alpha, one on the defunct Diamond Entertainmnet, one on a set from Mill Creek, and another on a classic TV set of 1950s shows from the Falcon...
Amazon has reduced prices on select classic TV titles from Timeless Media. Three disc Westerns are running at $13.99 (shows like Laredo, Tate, The Deputy, etc.) while the crime shows are running at $11.99 (Arrest and Trial, Checkmate, Brenner). This is a good opportunity to pick up some titles...
David Caruso on "NYPD Blue" after season 1 and a few eps. into season 2. Can't remember why he left, but I think it was either money issues or he wanted to do films.
Brad, the 1954 version of Sherlock Holmes with Ronald Howard is a fun show to watch though the mysteries are not all that hard to solve and with the exception of one episode are not from the pen of Arthur Conan Doyle. The show was produced in Paris with English leads and English speaking French...
MANNIX - Season 1 had Joe Mannix working for Intertech under the watchful eye of Lew Wickersham (Joseph Campanella), while for the remainder of the series, Mannix was on his own with the help of assistant Peggy Fair (Gail Fisher).
Oy Vey . . . . . yet another delay for some of the season 3 releases. See Dave Lambert's news article here:

Given the low MSRP for the sets, I doubt that you'll see anything different from the older sets. I think the best you can hope for on the new Mill Creek sets is that some or all of the extras will be carried over from the New Line and BCI Eclipse sets.
If you shop around a bit, you can still get the BCI Eclipse versions. Oldies.com has seasons 1 & 2 for $12.95 each, plus shipping and I believe Daedalus Books has season 1 for the same price. I'm guessing that Mill Creek will probably dump the extras that were on the New Line and BCI Eclipses...

Honestly, after the multiple public domain releases of OSB with as many as two-thirds of this series getting released by companies like...
Michael, I'm sure there is some method to their madness but, for the life of me, I honestly do not understand why Infinity has to release two separate volumes of season 3, followed by a complete season 3. As much as I like this show (among my top 10 all-time favorites), I think I'm going to...
Great list Neil . . . just shows you how many shows have NOT been released. However, there are a few episodes available on commercially released DVD for a few of the series. Just don't expect top notch audio/visual quality on any of these. "Outlaws" - a few episodes have surfaced on one of...
I just left a post over at Shout's Community Boards about these extras in the event that Shout! isn't aware of them . . . . at least they can ask MGM about the availability. As a rule, I don't buy a lot of sitcoms (they probably represent about 20% of my collection), but this one is an absolute...
I wonder if Shout! could get their hands on the 1999 reunion movie, "Still Rockin' in Brooklyn Heights." That would make a terrific extra, if not with season 1 then possibly with season 2 or 3.
I tend to agree with you, Doug. I'd be suprised if Timeless was able to surface full length prints of "Will Sonnett." It just appears to be a complete series repackaging. I wonder how long it will take them to get around doing the same thing for "Branded," another two season series that they...
Brad, the first 15 episodes of season 1 are of lesser a/v quality than what you'll see for the second half of season 1 and all of season 2. Infinity/Roxbury were in a rush to get the original season 1, volume 1 out on the market and they didn't use the best elements for the volume 1 release...

Keep in mind that Critics Choice does charge for shipping, though you might want to Google "Critics Choice coupons" to see if there are any deals available.
I received Critics Choice's latest mail order catalog and, surprise, it has not one but two listings (page 2 and the rear cover) for "Route 66: Complete Third Season." Naturally, when you go to Critics Choice's web site, http://www.ccvideo.com, there is no such listing! This is an 8-disc...
In addition to updating their TV pages for the upcoming Shout! Factory sub-licenses of series like "Ironside" and "McHale's Navy," among others, Mill Creek is also showing a new release slated for July 14, titled "1,001 Classic Commerials." Covering 16 & 1/2 hours, I have to believe that this is...
