I've been buying all blank media, cases, shipping supplies, etc. from cdrom2go.com for years. They have literally everything (including interesting 30-disc Uni-Keep cases I originally got from someone in Canada) and ship it next day. Their customer service is fantastic.

They are legit--they have a bricks & mortar store in Huntington Beach, CA, and they have the lowest prices anywhere (about the same as amazon, but without the shipping charge. I found them hard to deal with by mail (especially with pre-orders), but the store is great.
