Also, e mail the seller and ask specific questions about the Polk Ls15's. And ask when the speakers will be shipped, have them insured and have the seller give you a tracking number. I bought my Polk Lsi9's on eBAY and got them new for a great price from a great seller. Hope this helps, good luck.
This is a perfect time to mention that I sold my Bose system and replaced them w/ Polk Lsi9's (frnt), Polk RTi4 (rear), Polk CSi3 (center) and Klipsch RW-8 subwoofer. It is a great system, clear, smooth. The LSi9's and Klipsch sub provide clear and punchy bass. I use them with a Harmon Kardon...
I own the HK AVR 330, and use it w/ Polk LSi9's (front), Polk RTi4's (rear) and Polk CSi3 (center) and Klipsch RW-8 sub. I find the AVR 330 to be a warm sounding amp yet clear. The amp seems to have power to drive my speakers. The tuner section works well to. I highly recommend HK.

I bought the Sony player and liked the picture and sound, but yesterday, 11/25, both DVD's and music CD's would not play at all and the on/off and door opening functions would not work, or were slow. I took the player back and up traded for a Denon DVD 2910. Anyone have similar probs w/ the new...
I just got the player you mentioned. It plays movies and CD's great. The remote is easy to use. No problems. I also tried the Yamaha DVDS 1500 too, and while the sound and picture were fine, I did not like the remote, it was hard to use and kinda cheap. The on screen set-up was not intuitive...
