Today my pb10 arrived and I'm really impressed but I also have port noises near Tuning point,but only @ higher levels. The depth is really amazing! Whith sine tones I hear all very loud down to 22Hz below this freq. the tone get's much more quietly and everything in the room starts shaking...

My room is also very small . . . Only 5 x 3 meters . . . Do you have bass @ every freq.?

I have the same "problem" with my Front speakers,when they go down below 35Hz the make port noises(but also bass(a lot!!!)!!!) They go down to 28Hz@-3dB but there i have sooo much port noise :angry: But this is only with constant sine tones. When I run through a THX-Bass Test(at really heavy...

We talked about over-heating, not about cracking the unit... I got a mail from plasmadocs and there is no problem with very high levels at any music. I only wanted to know if the PB10 could get destroyed with a low sine wave(only for a few seconds;) ) I wrote a lot with Tom and i viewed...

I don't think that I'll be so surprised because I heared really good subwoofers like the Infinity Kappa Sub or the Canton Ergo AS2 and I think these subs have more max. Output than a PB10-ISD. . .do you really think the PB10 has a chance against the Kappa or the AS2? With which subs have you...

I understand...but in a mid size room the PB10 would also fit to my Canton Speakers. I'll get my PB-10 in about 2weeks then I can say if he is good enough to play with my CANTON ERGO speakers. The RC-L goes down to real 30Hz@ -3dB(measured),thats really deep!!! I can't really believe...

Many Subs in Europ can't play so exact in the price range up to 700 Dollars why should the PB10 do this? So a Down Firing can't play so exact because he works with lots of reflexions this CAN be good but most of the time it's not to realise... I've tested this with very good Sub's Canton...

I have the Canton Ergo RC-L and the Canton Ergo CM500 The sound and the deep Bass from the RC-L is a DREAM!!! They play so smooth and fine you can't imagine! 1 RCL has more than 60 pounds :D I love this speakers!!! David

The Center Speaker goes down to 57Hz ,the Front speakers go down to 30Hz So i will set the Crossoverfrequenc @ 80Hz... 2-3 dB is not so much and a Downfiring Sub can't play as clean as a Frontfiring Sub in the same Price range! When i watch Movies i have a lot of BASS but I'm missing...
