Scott, The theater is looking great. One question though, when will the speakers, projector, electronics be put into the theater? Also, what kind of control system do you plan to use to control it all?

Andrew, I am no expert but what I would suggest is sanding the plywood with 120 grit sand paper then go to a 180 grit sand paper. You want to get it smooth but have a little texture to it. With the texture the 180grit sand paper will give it you need to put down two coats of a gray primer coat...
