I have been trying to figure out the service meny on my TV for days with not much progress. Initially I was trying to correct the harsh red saturation but the other color tones seem to be a bit off as well. In experimenting with the service menu, I noticed a few color adjustments such as R/G...
Definately check Ebay. You can get a great deal if you look around a bit. I got the first two seasons in mint condition and paid way less than I would have at Futureshop(if they carried it). Its especially a good time to shop with the dollar so high.
I don't blame the studio for cutting the song. I would have done the same thing just for spite. How dare she ask for such an increase, Dawson's Creek is the only reason that shit song got any play at all. I agree about the dvd treatment though, its a shame they didnt put any effort into the...
This season is so implausible that it is hard to watch without yelling at the screen every 30 seconds. Every character is insanely incompetent at their job. They may have high tech gadgets and martial arts skills but they lack even the most basic rational thought process. And instead of...
It doesn't. This season is absolutely TERRIBLE. I just started watching it and I am shocked at how bad it is. Every single episode is boring, unsuspensful and filled with absolutely rediculous and implausible situations. It also centers around a love triangle instead of the far more important...
exactly, the most interesting stories will come from Larry David or Jerry Seinfeld as well as the writers. Stories like how certain storylines or episodes were concieved.
Its nothing to do with bad blood. Possibly they wanted to break the commentators into groups like: the creators, the producers, the writers, the actors, etc. It is easier to follow if there is less people on the track. If they had a track with Jerry, Larry, Jason, Julia and Michael, no...
There is no excuse why she coulnd't have contributed to the special features. Considering she owes her entire life/career to the series, you think she could spare one afternoon of her time to record a commentary or two. I guess between filming the first Scooby Doo movie and the second...
This show is absolutely terrible. Definately one of the worst on TV. Poorly acted and POORLY WRITTEN, this drama claims to tackle "real life issues" but instead presents situations that are contrived and just plain ludicrous. This is a less realistic look at teen life than Boston Public (a...
WOW, thats insane. I agree with you about 100% about "Scrubs" though. Walker, Texas Ranger might be good for a laugh as well. The clips they show on Conan are hilarious. BTW, I think the first couple of seasons for Just Shoot Me and Newsradio are already out.
I agree, sometimes you have to check your brain at the door. But 24 has been reasonably believable during the first couple seasons. Either the writers gave up trying, or the show is just running out of gas. There have been way too many "WTF" moments this season. BTW, you would think that...
This season is a friggin joke. There are so many logic problems that is just boggles the mind. I am only up to episode 16 but is anyone else angered by the stupidity of some of the situations? example- The scene in the ventilation system. Why didn't they just shut it off ??? !!!! There...
I thought the same thing. I purchased the R2 set of the first season and the quality is still bad. Has anyone had the oppertunity to see the quality of the second season for R2 (or any other region)?
Who cares? The picture quality will be just as bad as the previous releases. The third season discs are not even broadcast quality. Add to that, there are no significant extras and no original music (including the theme song). Everyone should boycott these discs, especially if you have...
I was surprised that I couldn't find any reviews online for Boomtown: Season One. It seems like a pretty big release and its strange that no one is covering it. It has been out since Tuesday and reviews usually come out a while before the street date. Has anyone seen any reviews that I might...
Is it better than the first season in terms of entertainment value? I felt the first season dragged in parts. I'm looking forward to checking this one out though.
They could even release a compilation of Ferrell interviews and appearances. Such as his other Conan interviews and his Harvard commencement speech (hilarious). The DVD would sell like crazy.
It was alright. I wouldn't consider it the best of Will Ferell though. For starters, they picked the weakest celebrity jeopardy sketch. And although the hot tub sketch was funny when the cast started cracking up, there were other "Lovah" sketches that were much funnier. The funniest parts are...
I don't think they would dare to skimp on the seinfeld sets. The fanbase for seinfeld is much bigger than Dawson's Creek. People won't tolerate any dvd screwups for the best show of all time. We'll have to see what happens.
The Christopher Walken episode aired a few weeks ago. It wasn't very good. The choice of sketches was really weak. Its too bad since theres so many countless sketches that were so much better. I am looking forward to the new Ferrell compilation though, should be hilarious.
An excellent and hilarious pilot but the following episodes are unfortunatley, much weaker. Might check it out to see if it improves later in the season.
