This is, hands down, the worst film I saw in 2004. OK, maybe Stepford Wives is worse, but...it's the worst film I actually WANTED to see in 2004. Ugh.

Steve, Thanks. I thought as much. This thing was a gift to me a couple years ago, and, while it was appreciated, it would not have been something I'd have even considered buying. For $500 more I could have created a decent component system. Oh well. I'll be buying a new DVD player soon.

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Episode I...both excellent discs (the thing with Ferrell and John Stewart talking about a certain female body part is worth the price of admission on the JASBSB DVD).

Horner's score for Troy is horrible. It completely throws you out of the film at times. And it is unforgivable what happened to Gabriel Yared, the man responsible for the initial score for Troy. If you haven't heard what happened, check out his website, read the story, listen to the score...

I'd say not even worth a single dip.
