Wondering what the consensus of this sub is...I've currently got the Earthquake 8" and it doesn't provide NEAR enough THUMP if you know what I mean.... This sub was recommended by another friend. I'm running Jamo in walls/center up front (all 8"), NXG rear in ceilings, Denon AVR 884 reciever.
Interesting... What would make me go with the in-ceilings is wifey....she's a tough nut to crack regarding larger up front speakers, but also that there is not much room for the front larger speakers due to the fact that the TV is set INTO the wall...so the speakers would radically protrude...
