Which player are you using for the Panny 50"DLP??

Anyone know where I can find a review of these speaker systems or does anyone have any experience with them?

Which DVD player would give the Panny PT-50DL54 DLP the best PQ thru HDMI? (only up to $1000) Any panny DLP users out there? I'm leaning towards the Panny S97 or S77(when it comes out) despite the MB issues with the 2310 chip.

Is it worth upgrading to the Denon 2910 or Panny S97 with a 61" RP? These players are from different dollar points but I would upgrade my 1600 for better PQ thru component. Any suggestions?

2 Questions: 1) Can anyone explain what dual layer discs means? (Just recently purchased the Mulan SE DVD) 2) Are dual layer discs more prone to disc pausing when viewed, and if so how?

When calibrating my HT, do I have to calibrate my DVD player settings (ie. distance and loudness) if my AV receiver is already calibrated for distance and speaker loudness?? I do not have the aide of a SPL meter.
