In the market for a new TV

Hi guys. I'm in the market for a new tv. My current tvs are a Sony 32" XBR and a Sony 36" XBR. I have about $4200.00 to spend on tv and a stand. The room it will be in is about 20x15 and I'm running Axioms all around. I've been looking at the Sony 46 XBR 2 and it looks like a pretty good tv. Are...

    screw hole in speaker stripped

Thanks for all of the tips guys. Since I only had this CC for about 3 months, I called Axiom to see what they recommened. Joe at Axiom told me that it should have never left the factory like that and is sending me a new VP150. They have excellent customer service. Once again thanks for the tips.

Is it really complicated to use a SPL meter?

One question about calibrating the speakers: When you do the speaker level adjustments, do you not adjust the front speakers? When I bring up the test tone on my receiver, it just has adjustments for the center, rear speakers and the sub. Is this correct? Also, I had to calibrate using the...

Is it really complicated to use a SPL meter?

Hi Doug. I bought the recently redesigned analog sound meter in Alabama. We have about 5 Radio Shacks here locally but only one of them had it in stock. The part number is 33-4050. They had one more left after I bought mine. Good luck finding one.
