The kit that BB sells is a microfiber, the one from Monster. It is very good as I have been using it for about two years. The static free spray won't help you too much in your situation but is really good as well. Always use a microfiber!! Don't break out your I don't care how soft it is dish...

Are you going to add any wall lighting? What lighting controls are you going to use? I would suggest a panel from lutron if that fits with the way you are going to control the room. They offer several different panels that will allow you to do multizone dimming as well as full program one...

Yikes! That is super shady! Where did you purchase this TV? I would call the manager immediately and tell him/her your concerns about the damage. The longer you wait, the longer they have to deny your claim.
