I have my PS2 hooked upt to my Denon receiver, with the digital input and analog. A couple of my games won't send sound out through the optical cable, onbly throught the RCA cables. If I just unhook the optical cable with the PS2 on and the Receiver on will it cause any damage to the receiver...
I am pretty new to this so I'll start off with my setup. Denon AVR-1603 Front: Polk RTi38 Center: Polk CSi30 Rear: Polk RTi28 Sub: PSW303 I have the sub hooked up to the unfiltered in. Speakers set to small except for the fronts. Sub cut off frequency is at 80 on the reciiever. I...
Wow! Your setup is almost identical to mine! Difference being my sub is a 303 and the receiver being a 1603. Do you have your speakers in cherry? I do and they look great! To bad the Csi30 and sub don't have that option.

I got everything working fine on it exept one thing, and then I have a question. The thing I can't get to work is setting up the remote to work with my TV. I have a Toshiba 20" Flatscreen. I followed the directions. ->Switch to Audio and TV on the remote. ->Type in the codes to get one...
