Yeah, we weren't really saying anything different (though I'd forgotten that the new deal made SOA 6 ordered early, this time around)... Similarly, Mad Men 7 isn't yet ORDERED, but there won't be another protracted contract deal to sweat out, as Hamm and Weiner are both signed through 7.

I don't believe it's an 'official' thing that SOA has been ordered for multiple seasons (FX likes to go year-by-year). However, it is easily presumed that - given their success with it, and knowing that Sutter says he can finish his story in seven seasons- there WILL be a 6 and 7. I'm sure...

Buying ASAP. Bummed the bumpers were cut. I always love the still photography. Bummed that there's an ad missing. Completely understanding on the cutting of repeated material if it appeared in an earlier episode. Much less disappointed in these less-than-complete-after-all claims...

I have 1-4 (all gotten very cheaply- $15 range), have held out on 5-7 so far... I would like to have 1-3 as single-sided discs rather than flippers (I don't KNOW that anything is wrong with any of mine, just that I had lots of trouble with the double-sided ER discs), but it's distressing to...

The 'Sold Out' is there now... you just got in at the right time... Reading the fine print of the rebate offer, it requires the order confirmation e-mail and packing slip dated today... which you wouldn't get if it has to be back-ordered, so I'm concluding I'm too late to get in on this one...

The Target Family Guy disc has a preview of Seth MacFarlane's upcoming The Winner, and... haven't seen any further details than that on it. There is also a Wal-Mart bonus disc (packaged with 4 OR previous volumes- look for stickers)... I understand it's just 20 minutes of a Comic-Con panel.

Extension- fun. Placed my order today before knowing about the extra time, but it's nice to see next Tuesday's releases in play now (the Fish Called Wanda special being the most desirable to me).

I noticed that the Grey's Anatomy soundtrack (Vol. 2) had a couple exclusive tracks at a couple different stores. That's extremely excessive, as was the Prison Break Target-or-BB bonus discs last month... I get angry with myself for being a completist 'collector'. Was kinda sorta okay with...

United 93 2-disc. Hm. None at BB or Costco... none at a CC my Mom stopped in at in Vegas (didn't stop at mine)... not offered for sale now at dddvd or Amazon... Grr.

I'm pretty sure (it's not in front of me right now, but I have it somewhere...) the deadline for receipt on the Warners deal was 7/15. The dvds had to have been PURCHASED by 6/30...

My Sam's now has Family Guy volumes 1-3 and American Dad stickered at $24.76, but ringing up $17.76. Futurama volumes 1-4 likewise stickered $24.76... can't say for sure, but suspect the same deal may apply to them...

Agree, last four makes the most sense (wasn't sure in which one it was Alan that started working there). Very probably will be those. Agree Practice 8 will likely be released first (or in tandem with 1).
