My first DVD purchased/ posted to me was R1 Spartacus January 28,1999. I wanted to ensure that when I finally got a DVD player it was multi-zone. Didn't actually get the player until March as supplies came direct from Tokyo & were very slow. It was quite some time before I started buying R4 DVDs.

Pleased to report that DDD finally came good with a refund for all the "missing" dvds. Unfortunately they advised that that are no longer able to post to Australia.

I just wanted to add that I had several pre-orders with DeepDiscountDVD that were shipped as nine packages from October 6, 2004 to November 19, 2004. To date only 2 have arrived so where are the other 7. I have been updating the same email for several weeks & still haven't got a real answer...
