I dunno...I just use the test tones built into the receiver...I set my RS meter to 70db, hit the tests on the receiver (it automatically goes to 00) and adjust till it reads +5 on the meter...mine are all +1/+2(except the sub) all around but I think the most important part is that they're all...

I thought it was fairly simple but I guess the 1st thing you should do is update the firmware via the PC from Marantz's website......then tell me whats its not doing....
If I could do it all over again AND had the money, I would get seperates. As such, I have a good receiver (Marantz SR8200) but will get external amplification down the road. A little cleaner and more dynamic sound IMHO. Heywood

Well its not the upgraded 9200....I believe your misreading it as that...its comparing the two receivers showing you the upgraded features the 9200 has over the 8200.
