You're kidding, right? Seriously, shouldn't it be what's on your television (and coming out of your speakers) that's the cool part of your home theater system? Of course, I don't have glow lights or chrome rims on my car either, so maybe I'm unqualified to answer this question...
I'm looking to get my first widescreen, HD television, but don't have a ton of money to blow. I have the opportunity to get a Panasonic PT-47WX53 for $1,016 (which seems be about $475 less than what Best Buy/Circuit City/etc. are selling it for). So my questions are: Does anyone have this TV...
As long as this thread has been revived, I might as well ask: Has anyone heard a date (month? season?) when "The Rockford Files" will be released? It's my favorite television show of all time, and I am dying to have it on DVD...

The Criterion version is still pretty easy to find -- about as easy to find as the Criterion "Silence of the Lambs." In fact, one online retailer (DVD Empire, maybe?) had a batch for sale just a few weeks ago.
I really hope the Studio City store does become a DVD Planet. I love the DVD Planet store in Orange County, but it's too far of a drive for me to visit it regularly. I'm typically a Laser Blazer customer (and will remain so), but it's always nice to have a second option. Plus, you can't beat DVD...
