Whoa. Halloween 3 is a terrific movie. It just needs to have the Halloween name removed. It's a great little 80's B movie. Tom Atkins is great in it. Don't listen to the crazy MM fans. I think it would have been great to see Halloween evolve into a series of stand alone "Halloween" themed...
Pete Battista]Reincarnation :star::star::star: My Thoughts: Unfortunately I may not have gotten the best Japanese horror to start out with... as this movie was a bit confusing and on the weird side. But I have to admit... the atmosphere of this movie is remarkable. Don't worry Pete...
i have been on a Coen brothers kick since MCFOM came out, and I would LOVE to see a new DVD of Raising Arizona too. Even if it is barebones with some fluff EPK stuff. Just gimmie a decent anamorphic transfer.
I was really excited when they announced a reissue. So i picked it up. Well you guys were right. Same old NON ANAMORPHIC transfer, and the quality is sub-Vhs picture wise. I could deal with the anamorphic issue, but its so grainy and dirty, its like watching it on youtube. And I am using a 34...
Wow. YOu people are all crazy! ;) Some interesting suggestions. Keep em coming. I particularly like the 'string' idea. heh And hoooray for me for having started a thread that went 3 pages long! My first!
I have a collection of DVD's , that fits 3 six foot tall bookshelfs full, single layer on each shelf, with some titles piled on top of the shelves and other DVD's. Im trying to figure out the best way to sort them and I need some ideas. I had them aphebetical, with Directors broken out in to...
nice pictures and write up! The subway info was great, its going to help me when i use it. I was at the Chelsea star hotel last year. I stayed with my wife and 2 friends in a "quad" , ill never do that again. It was a broom closet with two rickety bunk beds. We all couldnt stand up at once ...
I'd hole up in my local pub! :) FIrst thing i would do is get all the denim and leather jackets/clothes i could find and cover my self up so i dont get bit/scratched when running thru hordes of Zombies. Never understood why in Zombie flicks people, dont have long sleeves. They run around...
this is a big joke. There is no way they would rush into production on this. No way at all. This wouldve been done from the outset. We would have heard about this before APRIL 1st, 2005.
Im no fan of JAY Z , but would have the nerve to call him a 'camel' in person? I'm guessing not. My how brave we are behind the anonymity of the internet. I think that email you sent was downright rude. He had every right to respond to you that way.
Depending on how you are filming it, i would suggest using a lot of red food coloring mixed with water and finding a watering can with a large sprinkler like opening and have someone pour that over the actor to simulate a shower head. Of course if its in black and white, chocolate sauce could...
Hope someone can answer this: If a dvd says its: REGION FREE , PAL ENCODED It should be able to be played on a 'U.S.' region free DVD player and TV correct?
I like these ads for being creepy. ALtho im surprised they want to go this route for thier product. I'd like to know how they decided on this campaign...heh.
I have a copy of it. Its a prety nice DVD for a not so great movie. I think its worth $13. I wish I could comment on the picture quality in the detail of the reviews here, but I dont have that sophisticated of a set up. But there is a fair amount of extras on there for a mostly forgotten film.
I also bought three copies this morning from TARGET for me and my co-workers. NO ticket in any of them. This must be a widespread problem. I contacted someone at FOX to let them know, but I havent heard what they intend to do about it.
From the last thread that was closed, about Eurotrip. The new SKU #'s are: 91887 Full Frame 91886 they replace: 91694 91774 FUll Frame I'm really not sure what the changes were, Dreamworks was cagey about it.

Bad parenting for sure. BUt i also blame HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP as well. Its real bad and its in EVERYTHING. I think that contributes to the problem as well. But parents really need to take care of what goes in thier kids mouths. Its a shame to see such large little kids.
Drive to to Trenton, Princeton, or Hamilton station. Take NJ transit right into Penn station. Its about $15 round trip and the trains leave hourly (or more) from/to Nyc till about 1:30 am. It's the easiest way to go and it will drop you off around 33rd street. Just a short walk, cab or subway...
Heh. hopefully that day will never come!:) I think its more about the subtlety of the Orewellian expirience. The idea that you dont know until its too late, that things have changed and power is now absolute. The quiet manipulation of society, thru politics or money or the media. The idea that...
Wow. I don't know how to respond to that comment... I think 1984 is more and more important in these uncertain times. With the consolidation of media companies, we are starting to get fewer and fewer 'voices' in the media. You should go back and reread it. And the movie is on a pretty good...
