I've had 2 weeks experience with my new LG390 and I love it. Picture is great, networking features are awesome (hard wired, not wireless) and it does load quick.

On Friday I got what I ordered from Elusive Disk: Duke Trick of the Tail And then there were Three SACDs and NTSC DVDs in DTS Listened to all of them multiple times and they are awesome! Phil's voice sounds outstanding. Trick of the Tail is my favorite so far. Great surround sound...

Not great, but not horrible. It might not be the best, but now I have a DVD with Peter Gabriel performing with Genesis.

Well, I went with ordering the Dish ViP622. Getting it installed on Saturday. My HT installer said after Dish leaves, his guys need to come over and hook it up the right way. Are the Dish guys that bad?

Right now I've got standard Dish Network service and we get all our HD from an OTA. But I'm itching for more HD like HD Net and Discovery HD. As far as I can tell, I have 3 options: Go with Dish and get their HD DVR ViP622 for around $199. Jump ship and go with Direct TV and their HD DVR...
