I am budgeting $1000 +/-. I am setting up a HT in small room. Rear speakers need to be small (wall mountable). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Considering Polk RM 6700. Is this too much or little for this Onkyo receiver. Any other combos I should consider?

I would like a HD ready plasma TV. I am leaning towards getting Panasonic's PT-42PHD4-P after reading some good reviews. Any other models I should consider? Price around $6000-6500.
