Anyone know why The Legacy is so spotty about what DLP movies they are currently showing? They have two projectors and right now, no DLP movies are being shown. Shrek 2 got one week and Day After Tomorrow 3. Harry Potter was never on DLP and neither is Riddick.
For whatever reason, Brazil was sold and I wasn't notified until yesterday. I was given no explanation as to whether someone beat me to the punch or what. I've asked for an explanation and still have not received one.
I thought this would be a big issue for me when I chose a 16x9 RPTV, but it hasn't been the case. The vast majority of 4x3 games look terrific when stretched, in very much the same way that most cartoons look terrific when stretched. My opinion is to go for the 34" widescreen...you won't regret it.

The X-Box does not do progressive scan on DVDs. It's capable of progressive scan on DVDs, but for some reason Microsoft chose not to enable that feature. It does progressive scanning on games (some games are even 720P capable and one is 1080i capable). I've been using the X-Box as my primary...
Phil, Hitachi's website says that the TVs are 720p compatible (but I think the TV actually upconverts it to 1080i), so is that what you mean? If the set top box upconverts and the TV doesn't, won't the X-Box be affected on games that output 720p? If the Hitachi TVs do upconvert, that may be a...
I'm shopping for my first HDTV and I have a question. How does the Sony 51WS500 handle 720p? I have an X-Box and some games output 720p and I believe ABC HD is broadcast in 720p and want to know if I'll have any trouble before I buy this TV. I'm also considering the Hitachi 51" that some...
