What's the best surround system for $1,000. I've had Bose in the past and have been very pleased. I'm in a new house with new decor and I need a white system. Should I go Bose again or is there something better?

The series went downhill after Chuck mysteriously disappeared from the show

Anyone know how I can get a copy of this series on DVD or Tape? I know the FX channel ran the series for a brief time but I haven't been able to find it anywhere since.
