Okay guys where in my post did I say I would boycott the game or any game not in widescreen for that matter, I said "no widescreen no buy AT LEAST FOR RIGHT NOW" that means I'm not in any rush to go out and buy it RIGHT NOW, period thats all I said thats all I implied as for movies go I could...
Can someone verify Brute Force's stats for us I heard it has no widescreen support,at Digital Anvil's official website someone started a thread about it:angry: http://bf-reactor.com/t/forum/topic....title=&M=False
I agree with Dave Scarpa no widescreen no buy at least for right now, at Digital Anvil's official site there is a great rant about this right here http://bf-reactor.com/t/forum/topic....title=&M=False
I noticed this from the very begining I been with DVD since it came out and I noticed tons of artifacts on my old analog Panasonic but it still looked good for the TV then when I switched to HDTV my Mits enhanced everything on the disc every defect, fault, nook and cranny, and plenty more that I...
No problemo Dave, you're right the game does look pretty good in 16:9, It's interesting that the pc version had a letterbox option in the game so you could see the sides to bad they did'nt carry that over when they ported this.:frowning:
I own and run the game on my platinum Mits the game looks great, the widescreen view really looks good it adds a better sense of depth to these kind of games, and if you do own a widescreen RPTV it really impresses your friends, be sure to burn some good music on your Xbox the custom sountracks...
Serious Sam (Xbox) 480p-yes 16:9-no DD 5.1-yes HD and home theater aside this game also supports system link with both cooperative and deathmatch modes. This is not an Xbox Live title.
Lets just hope Monster Cable gets off their butts and puts out a component video cable it would get alot of use Nintendo reuses all thier old a/v ports' the one on the N64 is now the cube's analog port.
I like to go here see link below its more of a list of all good HD home theater, Dolby Digital 5.1, 16:9 or Widescreen, System link, pretty much all the important stuff I go there because our official thread over here doesn't cover system link even though it covers online games, it's a good...
Star Wars Jedi Outcast Jedi Knight II Xbox 480p-yes 16:9-no Dolby Digital-yes I put in my two cents on this game under it's own thread if your considering this game someone put together a nice little thread on it check it out if you are.
480p-yes 16:9-no Dolby Digital 5.1-yes How is this game? Well having never played the pc version I have no idea how it compares but on it's own merits there are some big framerate issues, graphics are pretty dark at alot of parts, targeting is pretty hard it has an auto level that messes up...
Can anyone verify this is 16:9 or widescreen? Leroy I have the same as you, you verified the 480p now how about that 16:9 does the game appear to be streched to you? Also include your findings on the official thread we would all appreciate it. :)
Yes I would so buy it,I wonder if any of these tape bashers realize Star Wars Episode 2 was taped I repeat taped not filmed within minutes Lucas taped a scene with actors he was able to check it out on a digital VCR and see how it looked, I suppose if he did'nt like it he could of taped over it.
For those of you who read the IGN preview/review was this a copy of the finished soon to be released product they reviewed, or a demo similar to the one floating around Walmart and Toys R Us? That widescreen thing really put me off this title I guess theres no hope for Zelda being widescreen...
Fine this game is the stuff BUT is it 16:9? Can anyone who read the review tell us if IGN said if it was or not obviously it's progressive scan, and I'm sure it's that Dolby pro logic surround 5.1 part II or whatever they call it, but how about the aspect ratio??????
