I figured it out. My problem is that I split the signal before it went to the receiver. I connected the cable from the dish directly to the receiver and ran a cable from the OUT to TV to the tv in the other room. Voila! I now have a picture on both tv's. Thanks for all the replies!

I use B-1's for my surrounds and I use Vogels speaker brakets. They can hold up to 44lbs (I believe), allow you to move them up or down and side to side. I would definitely recommend them.

I saw one about a month ago at Visions in Wpg. The retail price was $699, but the salesman dropped it to $620 right away. If I'm not mistaken, the Visions extended warranty is not too expensive, though the exact amount escapes me. Hope this helps.
