Are these Banana Plugs any good?

I have been looking around ebay for some banana plugs for my H/K AVR130 that I got at a boxing day sale. The problem that I'm having is that locally they are very expensive and many online stores don't ship to Canada. So i've been looking on ebay and so far these two have stood out the...

    Household wire for speaker wire?

Would it be ok to use 14GA household cicuit wire for speaker wire. I don't see why one couldn't, it's 14GA, cheap and rated for in wall use. Is there a reason why people don't use this kind of wire for speakers (impendence perhaps?). If anyone has tried this what where the results like?

Windows NT to Windows 98 NTSC vs. FAT32

Just boot with your 98 bootdisk or dos disk. Run Fdisk and use it to remove the "non-dos partition" then create a new primary partition then exit fdisk and format it fat32. after that installing win98 should be easy.

In box cables vs store bought

In my subs manual (Quest SW-880) it says "It is recommended to use a Y-adapter, to maximize the sub woofers performance" so would this mean that a Y-adapter or cable give the 6db increase? and one more thing I'm using just a regualar rca video cable for my digital coax connection. I guess...
