I recently ordered mine from a certain UK e-tailer and have been enjoying the fact that I will have it a little early, but then I remembered something that I think I've heard before. Is the R1 version from the UK slightly different than the one in the US. I could swear I've heard this before...

In the Lord of the Rings extended version thread, it's mentioned a couple of times that some people have ordered their copies from the UK, and will get them significantly early? Where did you order them from? Obviously, I only sort of expect this to be answered, but it never hurts to ask!

Peter Jackson will not screw anything up. Don't worry guys! He takes his LOTR films very seriously--he wouldn't release pure junk, nor would he release something that has an akward transition. At least that's what I think.

Hi, I'm new here and still doing research for my first home theater. I'm planning on buying a Pioneer VSX-D811S a/v receiver, and looking to spend around $500 on a 6 speaker set. I've read good things about HTD level 2's, and the set is exactly $500. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
